Fin Flükra is me - Catrina Duthie (she/her), a Stirling-based Shetlander and wedding planner. I specialise in creating personal, one-of-a-kind celebrations for modern couples planning to marry or elope in Scotland.

The name Fin Flükra is derived from the traditional languages of my native Shetland. Flukra is an otherworldly image in Shetlandic; it’s a piece of language that captures some real intangible magic. The perfect natural spontaneity; a unique occurrence. This is what I want to create for couples or clients when I collaborate on a deeply personal wedding; this is what I want to find when I unearth a gem of a supplier.
